2、 PVC equipment function
(1) Raw material mixing for PVC pipe production line: PVC stabilizers, plasticizers, antioxidants and other auxiliary materials are added to the high-speed mixer in proportion and sequence according to the process. The materials are heated to the set process temperature through self friction with the machinery, and then cooled to 40-50 º C by the cold mixer. This can be added to the hopper of the extruder.
(2) The extruder part of the PVC pipe production line: This machine is equipped with a quantitative feeding device to match the extrusion amount and feeding amount, ensuring stable extrusion of the product. Due to the characteristics of the conical screw, the feeding section has a larger diameter, which increases the heat transfer area and shear rate of the material, which is conducive to the plasticization of the material. The small diameter of the measuring section screw reduces the heat transfer area and shear rate of the melt, allowing the melt to be extruded at a lower temperature. When the screw rotates inside the barrel, it plasticizes the PVC mixture and pushes it towards the machine head, thereby achieving compaction, melting, and homogenization of mixing; And achieve the purpose of exhaust and dehydration. The feeding device and screw drive device adopt variable frequency speed regulation, which can achieve synchronous speed regulation
(3) The extrusion die part of the PVC pipe production line: The PVC that has been compacted, melted, mixed and homogenized has subsequent materials pushed towards the die by screws. The extrusion die is a crucial component for pipe forming.
(4) The vacuum shaping water tank of the PVC pipe production line is a the first mock examination double chamber, which is used for shaping and cooling of pipes. The vacuum shaping water tank is equipped with a vacuum system and a water circulation system for shaping and cooling, a stainless steel box, and a circulating water spray cooling. The vacuum shaping water tank is equipped with a front and back moving device and a left and right, high and low adjusting manual device.
(5) The PVC pipe production line traction machine is used to continuously and automatically guide the cooled and hardened pipes out of the machine head, with variable frequency speed regulation.
(6) PVC pipe production line cutting machine: After being controlled by a travel switch according to the required length, it automatically cuts and delays the flipping of the frame, implementing flow production. The cutting machine completes the entire cutting process with the fixed length switch signal as the instruction, and maintains synchronization with the pipe operation during the cutting process. The cutting process is driven by electric and pneumatic power, and the cutting machine is equipped with a vacuum device to timely suck out and recycle the debris generated by cutting.
(7) The flipping action of the PVC pipe production line flipping rack is controlled by a cylinder through an air circuit. The flipping device is equipped with a limit device. After the cutting saw cuts the pipe, the pipe continues to be transported. After a delay, the cylinder enters work to achieve the flipping action and achieve the unloading purpose. After unloading, it will automatically reset after a delay of several seconds and wait for the next cycle.
