The TH-2T5L/F series fully automatic bottle blowing machine is a two-step down blowing fully automatic bottle blowing equipment in our factory. It has six chambers from one out to one out, and can blow up to 2L containers. It is a multifunctional fully automatic bottle blowing equipment that can blow up to 25ml to 2L. Suitable for blowing packaging containers of any shape of edible oil bottles, carbonated beverage bottles, mineral water bottles, cosmetic bottles, and large-diameter bottles made of PET plastic as raw material.

Machine features:

1. Adopting advanced microcomputer control system, stable performance;

2. Using infrared lamps for heating, with strong penetration, the preform rotates and heats up, the orbit revolves, and the heating is uniform, fast, and reliable;

3. The lamp tubes, heating zone width, and height in the heating zone can be adjusted to suit the heating of different structures of preforms, and there is an automatic temperature exhaust device to ensure constant temperature in the drying oven;

4. Each mechanical action has a safety self-locking device, and when a process fails, the program will automatically switch to a safe state;

5. Each action is driven by a cylinder, without using an oil pump, and has the advantages of no pollution and low noise;

6. The air circuit design divides the action and blowing into three parts to meet the requirements of different air pressures for bottle blowing and action;

7. The use of high voltage and hyperbolic arm connecting rod for mold locking has advantages such as strong locking force and automatic compensation of mold thickness.

8. There are two operation methods: manual and fully automatic;
