1、 WQ and QW type unobstructed mobile submersible sewage pump product introduction:
The QW (WQ) type non clogging submersible sewage pump is a new generation of pump products developed based on the introduction of advanced foreign technology and the characteristics of domestic water pump usage. It has significant energy-saving effects, anti entanglement, non clogging, automatic installation, and automatic control. It has a unique effect in the discharge of solid particles and long fiber waste.
This series of sewage pumps adopts a unique impeller structure and a new type of mechanical seal, which can effectively transport solids and long fibers. Compared with traditional impellers, the impeller of this pump adopts a single channel or double channel form, which is similar to a curved pipe with the same cross-sectional size and has very good flow characteristics. Coupled with a reasonable volute chamber, the pump has high efficiency and the impeller has undergone dynamic and static balance tests, making the pump operate without vibration.
2、 Usage conditions for WQ and QW type unobstructed mobile submersible sewage pumps:
1. The temperature of the medium shall not exceed 60 ℃; The medium density is 1-1.3kg/dm3.
2. For pumps without internal self circulation cooling systems, the motor part should be exposed to less than one-third of the liquid level.
3. The range of use for cast iron material is from pH 5 to 9.
4. 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel material is suitable for general corrosive media.
5. The altitude of the usage environment should not exceed 1000 meters. If it exceeds, it should be mentioned when placing an order to provide you with more reliable products.

3、 Features of WQ and QW type unobstructed mobile submersible sewage pumps:
1. Adopting a unique single or double blade impeller structure greatly improves the ability of pollutants to pass through, effectively passing through 5 times the fiber material of the pump diameter and solid particles with a diameter of about 50% of the pump diameter.
2. The mechanical seal adopts a new type of hard and corrosion-resistant titanium tungsten material, which can ensure the safe and continuous operation of the pump for more than 8000 hours.
3. The overall structure is compact, small in size, low in noise, and has significant energy-saving effects. It is easy to maintain and does not require the construction of a pump room. It can work underwater, greatly reducing project costs.
4. The pump is equipped with a high-precision anti-interference water leakage detection sensor in the sealed oil chamber, and a thermal sensor is embedded in the stator winding to automatically protect the water pump motor.
5. A fully automatic control cabinet can be equipped according to user needs to automatically protect the pump from water leakage, leakage overload, and overheating, improving the safety and reliability of the product
6. The float switch can automatically control the start and stop of the pump according to the required liquid level changes, without the need for special supervision, making it extremely convenient to use.
The QW (WQ) series can be equipped with a dual rail automatic coupling installation system according to user needs, which brings greater convenience to installation and maintenance, and people do not have to enter the sewage pit for this.

6、 Precautions for WQ and QW type unobstructed mobile submersible sewage pumps:
1. Before using the pump, carefully inspect whether the cables are damaged, whether the fasteners are loose or detached, and whether the pump is deformed or damaged during transportation, storage, and installation.
2. Use a 500V megohmmeter to measure the insulation resistance between the same and relative ground of the electric pump motor. The value should not be less than 2 megohms. Otherwise, the motor stator winding should be dried at a temperature not exceeding 120 ℃.
The installation of this series of pumps comes in two types: fixed and mobile. When using fixed automatic installation, the chain cable should be threaded into two lifting ring screws or lifting plates (offset from the pump outlet, and its connection should be parallel to the pump outlet) to lift the electric pump up and down. Slowly and evenly slide down along the guide rail until it automatically couples into place. When using mobile installation, first cover the hose and thread the chain rope into two lifting rings to lift the electric pump up and down. Be careful not to use the cable as a rope to avoid danger.
4. The rotation direction of the pump after connection is counterclockwise when viewed from the inlet. If the electric pump is reversed, simply swap any two wires in the cable to adjust the wiring position.
5. The grounding wire of the casing of the electric pump must be strictly connected according to relevant regulations. In order to ensure personal safety during use, it is strictly prohibited to install or move people in the vicinity when the electric pump is running, in case of accidents caused by leakage of the electric pump.
6. Unless there are special circumstances, the electric pump must be equipped with a fully automatic water pump control cabinet. Do not directly connect to the power grid or use a knife switch to connect the power supply to ensure the normal operation of the electric pump.
7. Do not operate the electric pump in a low head state for a long time (generally, the head should not be less than 60% of the rated head). It is best to control it within the recommended head range to prevent the electric pump from burning out the motor due to overload.
8. Pumps without self circulating cooling devices are strictly prohibited from being exposed to the water surface for long-term operation to prevent overheating and damage to the electric pump.
7、 Maintenance and upkeep of WQ and QW type unobstructed mobile submersible sewage pumps:
1. The electric pump should be managed and used by a dedicated person, and the insulation resistance between the pump winding and the casing should be checked regularly to ensure that it is normal.
2. After each use, especially for thick and viscous slurries, the electric pump should be placed in clean water and run for several minutes to prevent sedimentation inside the pump and ensure its cleanliness.
3. If the electric pump is not used for a long time, it should be removed from the water and not soaked in water for a long time to reduce the chance of moisture in the motor stator winding and increase the service life of the electric pump.
After disassembling and repairing the electric pump, the casing components must undergo a 0.2MPa air tightness test to ensure reliable motor sealing.
The sealing ring between the impeller and the pump body has a sealing function. If the seal is damaged, it will directly affect the performance of the pump and should be replaced if necessary.
