Overview

The arrangement inside the filter material is intricate and intertwined. The average pore size of the filter material is small, and particles larger than the pore size of the filter material cannot be intercepted through the gaps between the filter layers. Gravity effect: Large particles of dust have a high gravity and may settle directly without passing through the filter material, or particles attached to the filter material may agglomerate and experience increased gravity, causing them to detach from the filter material after vibration. Inertia effect: Powder particles move with the airflow, and the airflow encounters obstacles and detours. Dust deviates from the direction of the airflow due to inertia and collides with the filter layer, and is collected. The larger the particles, the stronger the inertia force, and the greater the possibility of being filtered out.

The filter element of a filter cartridge dust collector is the filter cartridge. The structure of the filter cartridge is divided into four parts: top cover, metal frame, pleated filter material, and base. The filter cartridge is folded into pleats with designed length of filter material, glued together at the beginning and end to form a cartridge. The inside and outside of the cartridge are supported by a metal frame, and the top and bottom are fixed with a top cover and base. The top cover has fixed bolts and washers. When making the filter cartridge of the filter cartridge dust collector, the bonding between the upper and lower end covers of the filter cartridge and the protective net should be reliable, and there should be no defects such as delamination, glue leakage, or sagging; The metal parts on the filter cartridge should meet the requirements for rust prevention; The outer surface of the filter cartridge should be free of obvious defects such as scratches, bumps, burrs, and burrs.


The blowing and cleaning of the filter cartridge can be equipped with induction nozzles or Venturi tubes as needed. A protective net should be added to the inside of the filter cartridge. When selecting D2320mm and H21200mm filter cartridges, induction nozzles should be used.


The volume of the finished filter cartridge is closely related to the volume of the filter cartridge dust collector. When using a filter cartridge dust collector, the following requirements are often imposed on the filter cartridge dust collector: ① total height and inlet/outlet distance (width) of the dust collector; ② Total height of the lower body of the filter cartridge


And diameter; ③ Total mass of filter cartridge; ④ Connection method and size of air outlet; ⑤ A series of performance requirements related to filtering characteristics, such as filtering accuracy


There are two types of filter media used for filter cartridges: synthetic fiber filter media and paper filter media. Synthetic fiber non-woven filter material. According to the processing technology, it can be divided into two categories: continuous fiber spunbond polyester hot pressing and short fiber spun adhesive polyester hot pressing. When the surface of the filter material is subjected to waterproof treatment, the infiltration angle of the treated filter material should be greater than 90 °, and the water contact level should not be lower than level IV.


When the filter material is subjected to oil prevention treatment, the filter material should be treated for oil prevention. Polyester non-woven filter material can withstand a working temperature of not less than 120 ℃. For other special working conditions such as high temperature and high humidity, the selection of filter cartridge material structure should meet the application requirements.


Paper filter media can be divided into two categories: low permeability and high permeability. In addition, there are synthetic fiber non-woven PTFE coated filter media and paper PTFE coated filter media.

Technical Requirements for Filter Cartridge Dust Collector Filter Cartridge


When using the continuous fiber spunbond hot pressing process, the microporous structure of the filter material should be tight, with a stiffness of not less than 20mN and a surface filtration mechanism.


When using the spunbond polyester hot rolling process, the stiffness treatment of the filter material should not only meet the stiffness requirements, but also ensure that the filter material does not change color or have color difference.


When the filter material is used in humid dust conditions, the surface of the filter material should be waterproofed. The hydrophobic performance of the filter material should comply with the provisions of GB4745-1997. The infiltration angle of the treated filter material should not be less than 100 degrees, and the water contact level should not be lower than level I-IV.


When the filter material is used for oily dust conditions, the surface of the filter material should be treated to prevent oil, and the treated filter material should comply with the provisions of GBW04015-1989.


When the filter material is used for anti-static dust removal, it should undergo anti-static treatment, and the treated filter material should comply with the relevant provisions of GB12625-1990.4.6.


6. The continuous working temperature of synthetic fiber non-woven filter material is 120 ℃.
