New non-woven fabric slitting machine

This machine has excellent performance such as photoelectric tracking, automatic correction, tension control, winding counting, and meter stopping. The whole machine adopts microcomputer control, automatic cutting, reasonable structure, complete functions, easy operation, stable and reliable operation
1. Vertical structure, with material receiving and discharging on the same side.
2. The cast iron structure of the chassis and wall panels ensures stability during high-speed operation.
3. The unwinding adopts a common shaft and a conical sleeve for fixing, to adapt to the deformation of the paper core substrate. (Optional inflation shaft)
4. Automatic photoelectric correction for unwinding
5. The upper and lower double winding structures both use inflatable shafts and are equipped with pressure rollers.
6. The tension of winding and unwinding is independently controlled by their respective magnetic powders.
7. Use a waste edge guide pipe and a high-power fan to blow out the waste edge from the right side of the machine.
8. Independent electrical control cabinet, microcomputer integrated control, winding counting, meter counting shutdown.
9. All aluminum guide rollers of the whole machine are made of high hardening aluminum guide rollers, with dynamic and static balance treatment.

10. The minimum strip that can be cut is 1cm.
