The pump head, pump housing, and sealing chamber of NYP insulation resin pump can all be equipped with insulation jackets. The jacket and pump body are cast together, with good insulation effect, which can avoid various problems caused by welding the jacket.

Adjustable gap:
The NYP insulation high viscosity pump can adjust the gear clearance according to the viscosity requirements without disassembling the pump, which can meet the process requirements of the pump at different viscosities. The second major advantage of the overall bearing box is that the clearance can be adjusted by simply rotating the bearing box, with simple operation and no need to disassemble any parts of the pump. After a long period of wear and tear, high viscosity pumps can adjust the internal clearance of the pump by rotating the bearing box and adjusting the bolts without disassembling the pump. Moreover, the actual effect of the adjusted high viscosity pump is the same as that of a new pump. The outer rotor drives the inner rotor to rotate in the same direction, resulting in minimal wear and a long service life.
