1、 Overview and Working Principle

NDJ-5TE viscometerIt is an intelligent instrument based on single-chip intelligent control, using a 4.3-inch high-definition IPA touch screen, high-performance ARM processor without angle, and imported stepper motor and shuttle. The motor drives the rotor to rotate at a constant speed through a torque sensor. When the rotor experiences viscous resistance in the measured liquid, the force is fed back to the sensor, and then processed and calculated by specialized software to display the viscosity of the measured liquid on the LCD screen. This instrument adopts ARM technology, with a simple and clear operating interface, intuitive readings, and rich display content. Each range is automatically calibrated by a computer, with high measurement accuracy, stable speed, and strong anti-interference performance. It is an instrument used to measure the viscosity of Newtonian liquids and the apparent viscosity of non Newtonian liquids. It is applied to the measurement of viscosity of various fluids such as solvent based adhesives, latex, paints, coatings, cosmetics, inks, detergents, etc.

8. The Chinese and English interfaces can be freely switched, and the wide voltage is convenient for foreign customers to use.
