High precision oxygen sensor with high sensitivity, ultra-high stability and ultra-low failure rate, with a resolution of 0.001 cm3/(m2 · 24h · 0.1MPa).
A brand new pneumatic control system, automatic fixture clamping of samples, convenient and labor-saving, with excellent sealing performance.
2. Precise control of temperature and humidity
Temperature control: Semiconductor refrigeration chips have bidirectional automatic temperature control, with higher temperature control accuracy, up to 0.1 ℃.
Humidity control: Dual airflow (dry and wet) humidity method automatically controls humidity, with stable humidity and high accuracy, with humidity accuracy up to ± 2% RH.
3. Meet the testing requirements of high flux, wide range, and high applicability
The instrument is equipped with three chambers, with independent data to meet high-throughput testing requirements and high testing efficiency.
The testing range is wide, with a testing lower limit as low as 0.01 cm3/(m2 · 24 h · 0.1 MPa), which can meet the testing needs of high, medium, and low barrier materials. With the addition of compatible accessories, it can measure the oxygen permeation rate of containers such as bottles, bags, and bowls.

Real time display of six sets of curves: transmittance time, temperature time, humidity time, nitrogen flow time, oxygen flow time, and concentration time. The curves support preview and hiding functions.

Our self-developed intelligent operating system features modular graphics, stylish color schemes, user-friendly settings, and intuitive and convenient operation.
According to the GMP Appendix "Computerized System" design, it has audit tracking function and multi-level user permission settings, which can meet the needs of the pharmaceutical industry for data traceability.
Personalized testing reports can be set as needed, supporting multiple formats of data output, electronic signature function, and online submission of audit reports.
6. Offline or online detection
The instrument comes with an operating system, which allows for independent testing without a computer and automatic data processing. The instrument is equipped with a computer interface and can also be connected to a computer for online testing.
