Spray dryer for Chinese herbal extractProduct composition and principle
Its working principle is that the heated air enters the top hot air distributor and uniformly enters the drying chamber. The material liquid sent by the feed pump is atomized into mist like droplets by a high-speed centrifugal atomizer and uniformly contacts with the hot air, causing the moisture to evaporate quickly. The dry powder is separated from the humid air by a cyclone separator, and the finished product is sent to the receiving system for collection by the air delivery system. The exhaust gas enters the wet dust collector for treatment by the exhaust fan and is then discharged. Due to the installation of an air film blowing system in the drying chamber, the material is prevented from sticking to the chamber wall and staying for a long time.
