For example, heavy pressure fastening devices such as lifting tables, flipping devices, and plastic processing machines are used in mechanical processing. They are also used in cultural and hygiene aspects for lifting stages, adjusting the height of operating tables, and in scientific research for movements that cannot be adjusted by human labor. It can be manually or electrically operated, and the screw stroke can be customized according to customer needs. A manual screw lift is a device that adds a handwheel to the lift, making it convenient for users to operate. Shake the handwheel to make the screw move up and down.

The worm gear screw lift can generally be self-locking in a stationary state. When choosing a lift, regardless of static load, dynamic load, or impact load, it must not exceed its maximum allowable load. Based on the safety factor, usage stroke, and stability of the calibration screw, choose a lift with sufficient capacity. The screw lift should be installed on the entire bottom plane, so that the force on the screw is consistent with the axis direction. When the active shaft of the lift is directly connected to the motor, an elastic coupling must be used, and it must be flexible to rotate by hand.
During use, regularly check the lubricating oil in the box and add and replace it in a timely manner. Except for the SJ series which is lubricated with engine oil, all other series and models of worm gear screw lifts are lubricated with grease. The screw rod should also be regularly maintained and serviced to ensure sufficient lubrication, ensure normal use of the equipment, and extend its service life.
