Magnetic insulation gear pump (magnetic arc gear insulation pump) is a sealed magnetic coupling based on ordinary insulation gear pump, with zero leakage, compact structure, small volume, low noise, beautiful appearance, reliable operation, and convenient use. It can be widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical, petroleum, electroplating, food, film photography and printing, scientific research institutions, national defense industry and other units to pump acid, alkali solution, oil, rare and precious liquids, venom, volatile liquids, as well as supporting circulating water equipment and filter machines. Especially for the pumping of liquids that are prone to leakage, flammable, and explosive, this pump is more ideal.
The gears of the magnetic insulation gear pump can be in two forms: involute gears and circular arc gears.

1. Due to the fact that the cooling and lubrication of magnetic pump bearings rely on the medium being transported, it is absolutely forbidden to operate them in idle mode, while also avoiding the possibility of spatiotemporal rotation caused by power outages and restarts during operation.
2. If the conveyed medium contains solid particles, a filter screen should be added to the pump inlet; if it contains ferromagnetic particles, a magnetic filter should be added.
3. The ambient temperature of the pump during use should be less than 40 ℃, and the temperature rise of the motor should not exceed 75 ℃.
4. The conveyed medium and its temperature should be within the allowable range of the pump material (see attached table for details). The use temperature of metal pumps is 100-300 degrees Celsius, and the particle size is not greater than 30 × 10-6m2/s, which is a liquid without hard particles and fibers.

Due to the complete closure of the pump shaft and inner magnetic rotor of the magnetic gear pump by the pump body and isolation sleeve, the problems of "running, emitting, dripping, and leaking" have been solved, eliminating the safety hazards of flammable, explosive, toxic, and harmful media leaking through the pump seal in the refining and chemical industry.
