Rope displacement sensor, also known as rope sensor, rope sensor, rope electronic ruler, rope encoder. Pulling rope displacement sensor is a sophisticated structure of linear displacement sensor, which fully combines the advantages of angle sensor, linear displacement sensor, gear and strip transmission. It is a compact, multi-purpose, easy to install sensor with small installation space, no need to compensate for gaps, and has high precision measurement, high repeatability measurement, high positioning accuracy, long stroke and service life.
It can be used for precise measurement and positioning control, in conjunction with display instruments, and can also be used as a measuring instrument for manual measurement. The square series products have a large selection space, with travel distances ranging from 50mm to 100000mm. They have analog DC current 4-20mA, analog DC current 0-5V or 0-10V, pulse A, B, Z phase digital processing to meet the needs of large travel, high precision, and various signal requirements. According to actual usage, all analog signal outputs can change the logical direction of the signal by switching the switch.

Installation precautions
Use installation brackets or 4 fixed screw holes, and install directly in the correct orientation according to the needs of the site and machine installation space facilities.
Pay attention to leaving sufficient buffer travel at both ends during installation (see the notes in the product design), and pay attention to the setting. During installation, it is necessary to pull the strong lead out angle, that is, try to make the traction rope slide straight from the lead out port to the moving part mechanism during operation, and maintain the minimum angle deviation as much as possible (allowable deviation ± 3 °, with a lateral deviation of no more than 35mm per 1000mm) to ensure measurement accuracy and the service life of the traction rope. When installing vertically with a long stroke, it is recommended to install the rope ruler body at the lower part and pull the traction rope upwards.
The traction rope is a multi strand stainless steel wire rope. Please do not let the base be cut, burned, or impacted by external forces. Excessive dust, debris, or acidic or alkaline environment can damage the internal measuring components, resulting in poor operation, reduced measurement accuracy, or even premature damage. If it is not installed in front of the workbench or fixed seat, please do not pull out the traction rope by hand or other objects and let it bounce back instantly. This can cause the traction rope to break and harm the structure or personal safety.
The instantaneous acceleration of the traction motion of EPS-XS, EPS-S, and EPS-M series products is≦2 meters per second, with an absolute speed of≦The instantaneous acceleration of the traction motion of EPS-L and EPS-XL series products is 1 meter per second≦1.5 meters per second, with an absolute speed of≦0.75/second, exceeding the above speed and acceleration range, will reduce the reliability and service life of the product, and even cause the traction rope to break. If used for non linear motion mechanisms, please install appropriate pulleys to convert curved motion into linear motion. If used in harsh environments or special situations, please install protective machinery yourself or contact relevant personnel of our company.
