b、 After the first few hours of operation of the mixer, the tension of the V-belt should be checked. When adjusting the tension screw to evenly tighten the V-belt, the motor seat plate locking bolt must be tightened to prevent loosening.
c、 All parts of the mixer equipment must be kept clean, especially the inner walls of the mixing container and the discharge holes for material exchange. If the equipment is not in use for a long time, the inner walls and discharge parts should be coated with rust proof grease.
