DC230LP Chater Dewar Mass Spectrometer with MVE Liquid Nitrogen Tank

Chart'sDura-CylinderThe Dewar flask liquid nitrogen tank is mainly designed for efficient liquid nitrogen supply and efficient gas use. The liquid storage and preservation time of the Dewar flask is longer, the static volatilization rate is lower, and the effective utilization rate is higher. Many liquid nitrogen supply scenarios use Chart's230LPModel: Liquid Nitrogen Supply Liquid Nitrogen TankChart liquid nitrogen tankIts exceptional insulation structure results in minimal or no product loss over a period of time. For example, in terms of efficient gas usage, one180MPThe capacity of a Dewar flask is equivalent to18The pressure is2400psigHigh pressure gas cylinder

one Product advantages:

1liquid nitrogencanThe Dewar flask is mainly composed of a tank body, monitoring device, safety device, pressure balancing circuit, valves, and other accessories. Its main control valve group and joints are installed at the top of the tank body for easy operation and can beconnectVarious standard sizes of hoses.

2liquid nitrogen tankThe inner and outer tanks of the main structure of the tank are mainly made of austenitic stainless steel. The internal high vacuum insulation material is used for insulation, and after vacuum treatment, the vacuum layer is insulated from the thermal insulation,Vacuum layer thickness25mmDurable and long-lasting.

3Combination pressure control regulation, ultra-low vaporization loss.LCCMCombination pressure regulating valve, which has been calibrated; Specially designed for Chart; Integrating turbocharging and economic return; Readable, mechanically adjustable structure. The Chart pressure regulating valve can directly read the pressure of the boosting circuit under the regulating cap.

4The Chater Dewar bottle liquid nitrogen tank is equipped with two convenient carts for you to easily move and transport the tank body.

5The reusable vacuum port of Chart * is easy to maintain.

6The standard Charter liquid level gauge is convenient for understanding the liquid nitrogen level inside the tank, facilitating the filling and use of liquid nitrogen. And it can360 °Rotate.DC230LP Chater Dewar Mass Spectrometer with MVE Liquid Nitrogen Tank

four Instructions for using the Chater Dewar flask

AUsing gas
1 Connect the gas pipeline to the joint of the gas usage valve, and use two wrenches to tighten the joint to prevent loosening and air leakage.

2 Open the pressure increasing valve of the Dewar flask and place it in automatic pressure regulation mode.
3 Open the gas usage valve to start supplying gas to the gas consuming equipment.
4 If not in use for a long time, close the gas usage valve and pressure boosting valve to avoid waste.
5 After use, close all valves on the Dewar flask to prevent air and its impurities from entering the flask and causing contamination.
6 Dismantle the pipeline connected to the gas usage valve. When loosening the pipeline, it is necessary to ensure that the gas inside the pipeline has been emptied, and use two wrenches to prevent loosening of the joint, which may cause air leakage.

BLiquid usage
1 Connect the liquid pipeline to the joint of the liquid valve, and use two wrenches to tighten the joint to prevent loosening and air leakage.
2 Open the pressure regulator valve of the Dewar flask and place it in automatic pressure regulation mode. However, for users who use low-pressure tanks or liquid nitrogen for freezing, the pressure regulator valve can be opened and closed according to the speed of liquid nitrogen extraction to choose the appropriate pressure, but generally the pressure should not exceed0.2Mpa.

3 Slowly start the liquid valve and start taking the liquid.

4 If not in use, close the liquid valve and booster valve to avoid waste.

5 After use, close all valves on the Dewar flask to prevent air and its impurities from entering the flask and causing contamination.

6 Dismantle the pipeline connected to the liquid valve. When loosening the pipeline, it is necessary to ensure that the gas inside the pipeline has been emptied, and use two wrenches to prevent loosening the joint, which may cause air leakage at the joint.

fiveKey safety points for storage and use
1The storage and use area must maintain sufficient ventilation to prevent nitrogen and argon gas leakage or discharge, which may cause hypoxia and suffocation; Prevent oxygen leakage or discharge, which can lead to the formation of oxygen enrichment and easily cause surrounding substances to catch fire.
-Storage and use areas must be kept away from sources of fire, heat, and corrosive substances.

2When using liquids, it is necessary to wear leather gloves or insulated gloves to operate low-temperature components and keep them dry to prevent frostbite of the skin on the hands.

3When taking liquid nitrogen from a Dewar flask for freezing, it is necessary to wear a face mask to prevent liquid nitrogen from flying and freezing the face, skin, and eyes.

4Components such as pipelines, joints, and sealing materials used in oxygen must not contain grease and must be compatible with oxygen.
