PC-B series large plastic crusher

The PC-B series large plastic crusher is developed and designed specifically for the crushing and recycling of PET bottles, sheets, and large plastic shells.

The PC-B series large crusher is composed of main components such as an electric motor, a rotating blade shaft, a moving blade, a fixed blade, a frame, a machine base, a box body, and a material door.
1. Using imported high-quality tool steel and specially designed cutting tools, it is durable and long-lasting. The installation design of the cutting tool is adjustable and can be worn multiple times after blunt use, with a long service life.
2. The moving blade holder is designed as a stepped shear type equipment, which decomposes the force on the cutting layer, causing the chip force to increase exponentially and the product to be uniformly granulated. The material for the moving knife seat is made of high-quality steel, with reasonable rigidity and flexibility, and is not easily broken or worn.
3. The front and rear of the room are double layered soundproof, with soundproof materials filling the middle, resulting in low noise. The overload protection device of the motor device is interlocked with the power supply protection system to ensure safety.
