1Plastic crusherThe power unit should be installed firmly. If the plastic crusher needs to be fixed for long-term operation, it should be fixed on a cement foundation; If a plastic crusher is required for mobile operation, the unit should be installed on a machine base made of angle iron, and ensure that the power engine (diesel engine or electric motor) and the belt pulley groove of the plastic crusher are in the same rotation plane. 2. PlasticcrusherAfter installation, check the tightness of all fasteners and tighten them if they are loose. At the same time, check whether the tightness of the belt is appropriate.

3. Before starting the plastic crusher, rotate the rotor by hand to check whether the teeth, hammer blades, and rotor operate flexibly and reliably, whether there is any collision in the crushing chamber, whether the rotation direction of the rotor is consistent with the direction indicated by the machine arrow, and whether the lubrication of the power machine and plastic crusher is good.

4. Do not replace the pulley casually, in order to prevent the crushing chamber from exploding due to too high a speed, or to reduce the efficiency of the crusher due to too low a speed.

5. After starting the plastic crusher, it should be kept idling for 2-3 minutes without any abnormal phenomena before feeding.

6. Pay attention to the operation of the plastic crusher at all times during work. Firstly, the feeding should be uniform to prevent blockage of the crushing chamber; Secondly, do not overwork for long periods of time. If vibration, noise, high temperature of bearings and machine body, or spraying of materials are found, the machine should be stopped immediately for inspection and troubleshooting before continuing to work.
