Application:
The label removal machine is widely used for removing plastic bottle labels, with a water consumption of 20 tons per hour, and the water can be recycled.

Detailed description:
The de labeling machine adopts a stable speed design, without the need to change speed, and is easy to operate. You only need to put the material in. There is a bracket on the shaft, and there is a moving screw on the bracket to remove the label. After the label is scraped off, it is washed away by water. The detachment rate of uncompressed bottles is about 80-90%, and the waste rate is about 5%.
1) The label removal machine is used for pre cleaning of bottles (including PET bottles and PE bottles) before crushing. The labels on the bottles, including paper, can be removed by 95%, and the bottle caps can be removed by 70%.
2) Remove the label through self friction.
3) The bottle is poured from the top of the machine and discharged from the bottom.
4) This machine is used for a new type of cleaning line to obtain high-purity PET/PP sheets.
5) The output is 500-2000kg/h
