The valve uses a metal sealing ring with a U-shaped cross-section. In the closed state, it deforms with the elliptical butterfly plate and tightly engages with the sealing surface around the butterfly plate. Due to its ability to float radially within the groove of the valve body, it can compensate for fluctuations in the thermal cycle and is used for opening, closing, and throttling on the main, branch, and steam pipelines of district heating.

Valve characteristics
Independent seal not affected by medium pressure
Due to its unique structure, the butterfly plate and valve seat are sealed by mechanical force without relying on medium pressure. Therefore, regardless of the pressure, bidirectional sealing can be achieved. The valve seat sealing ring floats, ensuring reliable sealing even under repeated temperature changes.
Integral valve body
The valve body is made of high-quality carbon steel forgings, and the integral structure eliminates concerns about external leakage. It is lightweight and easy to weld with pipelines.
