KCB stainless steel pump

● Purpose

KCB stainless steel gear pump is mainly used for conveying lubricating oil in lubrication systems of various mechanical equipment, suitable for conveying lubricating oil with viscosity of 5 × 10-6~1.5 × 10-3m2/s (5-1500cSt) and temperature below 300 ℃.

Stainless steel gear pumps can transport non lubricating oils, beverages, and low corrosive liquids. Equipped with copper gears, it can transport low internal point liquids such as gasoline, benzene, etc.

In addition to regular motors, this series of stainless steel pumps can also be equipped with explosion-proof motors of the same specifications according to user needs.

Material: 304.316.316L stainless steel.

● Scope of application

Can be used as a transmission and booster pump in oil transportation systems;

A fuel pump that can be used for delivery, pressurization, and injection in the fuel system;

It can be used as a lubricating oil pump in all industrial fields.

● Structural characteristics

The KCB stainless steel gear pump mainly consists of gears, shafts, pump bodies, safety valves, and shaft end seals. Gears have high hardness and strength after heat treatment, and are installed together with the shaft in a replaceable shaft sleeve for operation. The lubrication of all parts inside the pump is automatically achieved through the use of the output medium during pump operation.

The KCB stainless steel gear pump has well-designed oil discharge and return grooves, which minimize the torque force that the gears bear during operation, resulting in low bearing load, minimal wear, and high pump efficiency.

The KCB stainless steel gear pump is equipped with a safety valve as overload protection. The full reflux pressure of the safety valve is 1.5 times the rated discharge pressure of the pump, and can also be adjusted according to actual needs within the allowable discharge pressure range. However, please note that this safety valve cannot be used for long-term operation as a pressure reducing valve. If necessary, it can be installed separately on the pipeline.

When viewed from the extended end of the main shaft towards the pump, it rotates clockwise.
