KCB type magnetic gear pump is suitable for conveying fluids with certain lubricity in the petrochemical industry process, which do not contain solid particles and fibers, and have a temperature not higher than 350 ℃ and a viscosity of 5-1500cst. The KCB type magnetic transmission gear pump eliminates the phenomena of running, emitting, dripping, and leaking in previous gear pumps, ensuring that the gear pump does not produce leaks, runs smoothly, and has low noise. It is a supporting product for the chemical industry, experimental equipment and vacuum equipment industry, and distillation industry. It is designed specifically for situations where liquid leakage cannot occur, and can be used in industries such as sampling, transportation, distribution, circulation, and canning of various liquids. It is particularly suitable for transporting corrosive, toxic, polluted, highly permeable, and expensive media.
Structural features:
1. All operating components inside the pump are lubricated with the conveying medium
2. Equipped with safety valve overload protection
3. Fully sealed, no leakage
4. It can be rotated in both directions without any impact on the pump.
Notes:
1. The ambient temperature of the pump during use should be less than 40 ℃, and the temperature rise of the motor should not exceed 75 ℃.
2. After 1000 hours of normal operation of KCB magnetic gear oil pump, the wear of bearings and end face dynamic rings should be disassembled and inspected, and vulnerable parts that are no longer suitable for use should be replaced.
3. Due to the fact that the cooling and lubrication of KCB magnetic gear pump bearings rely on the medium being transported, it is absolutely prohibited to operate them without load, while avoiding the possibility of spatiotemporal load during operation when restarting after a power outage.
4. For media that are prone to precipitation and crystallization during transportation, they should be cleaned promptly after use to drain the accumulated liquid in the pump.
5. If the conveyed medium contains solid particles, a filter screen should be added to the pump inlet; if it contains ferromagnetic particles, a magnetic filter should be added.
6. The conveyed medium and its temperature should be within the allowable range of the pump material.
