Thick vacuum formed products generally have the characteristics of large area, high height, and thick material. 2. The special thick vacuum forming thickness is 0.14-10mm. The main products include refrigerator liners, advertising light boxes, product display racks, pet cage chassis, rear projection TV shells, and various mechanical panels, which can replace injection molded products. It has the characteristics of low mold cost (only 1/20 of injection molds), short production cycle, and short mold development time (generally only 3-5 days).
