3.Responsibilities: 3.1The Equipment Department is responsible for the preparation, revision, and supervision of the implementation process of this regulation, while the Production Department's personnel responsible for the use, maintenance, and cleaning of stainless steel plate and frame filters are responsible for implementation. 3.2This regulation and its revised version shall be promulgated and implemented after approval by the general manager. 4.Regulations and RulesProcedure： 4.1Preparation before filtration:4.1.1Use the filter75%Wipe with ethanol once, wipe the board and frame one by one, and then rinse twice with the cleaning water specified in the process (if the process requires no water, it needs to be dried).4.1.2Check whether the silicone rings of each board and frame are intact, and press them flat into the sealing groove.
