HLW series screw industrial chillers/industrial refrigeration units use semi sealed screw compressors that can operate without failure for 8-10 years; Fully automated control, implementing unmanned operation; And equipped with high-quality energy-saving devices to improve the performance of the unit. ■ Configure components
Compressor: Adopting a 5:6 asymmetric twin-screw rotor semi enclosed compressor, the motor and compressor are integrated without leakage design;
Condenser: Select high-efficiency shell and tube condenser with internal threaded heat exchange tubes;
Evaporator: Shell and tube evaporator, compact structure with good heat transfer effect; Materials such as copper, brass, stainless steel, and titanium alloy can be selected to ensure the economic efficiency and safe use of the machine;
Expansion valve: internationally renowned brands such as Emerson or Danfoss have balanced flow port type electromagnetic expansion valves, which are not affected by condensation pressure;
Electrical control system: Siemens PLC controller+digital analog touch interface for fully automated control, automatic fault reporting and all-round protection;
Protection system: multiple protections such as high and low voltage protection, waterproofing, heat protection (dual), safety valve, overload protection, under phase, reverse phase, under voltage, over-voltage, water flow protection, etc. make the operation of the unit safer;
Refrigerant: R22 refrigerant is mainly used, and various environmentally friendly refrigerants such as R134A, R407C, R404A can be selected;
Power configuration: Standard 3P-380V-50HZ, optional 110V-480V, 50-60HZ and other different power supplies.
