The Grylls8101 series mass flowmeter simultaneously measures mass flow rate, fluid density, and temperature and outputs them, providing two levels of accuracy: liquid measurement is 0.2% R.D. or gas measurement as 0.5%R.D., Capable of meeting the needs of most customers. The Coriolis principle (also known as Coriolis) mass flowmeter is highly praised for its measurement accuracy and independence from fluid characteristics. The Grylls8101 series Coriolis mass flowmeter includes a shaped single loop sensor that forms part of the oscillation system. When fluid flows through the sensor circuit, the Coriolis force causes a variable phase shift, which is detected by the sensor and transmitted to the DSP processor on the integrated circuit board for computation. The output signal generated by this variable phase shift is strictly proportional to the actual mass flow rate, and can achieve unparalleled ultra-high performance even under changes in working conditions such as pressure, temperature, density, conductivity, and viscosity. Grylls8101 applies this technology to very low flow measurement and integrates PID controller and batch function internally to achieve flow control or quantitative feeding. The Grylls8101 mass flowmeter integrates a PID controller to regulate flow, which has the characteristics of fast response speed, fast adjustment speed, high accuracy, good repeatability, no thermal drift, negligible temperature and time drift, etc. It can simultaneously output fluid density and temperature, with high cost-effectiveness, high reliability, and long service life.
