The ultrafiltration process is a process of separating the continuous phase (water+solution+dissolved impurities including dye salts) from the dispersed phase (resin and pigment), and can also be said to be a process of separating the aqueous phase from the organic phase. The closed circulation method of paint solution is as follows: the electrophoretic paint solution is pumped from the electrophoresis tank to a bag filter or other pre-treatment filter with a capacity of less than 20u, and then directly enters the ultrafiltration system for paint concentration, and then returns to the electrophoresis tank.
