Electrophoretic paint ultrafiltration equipmentIt is a filtration device that applies pressure to pass the electrophoresis solution through a membrane tube made of special materials, separating the resin in the paint from water, solvents, and dissolved metal impurities. It is a key supporting equipment in the electrophoresis coating line.
The ultrafiltration process is a process of separating the continuous phase (water+solution+dissolved impurities including dye salts) from the dispersed phase (resin and pigment), and can also be said to be a process of separating the aqueous phase from the organic phase. The aqueous phase is called "permeate" because it passes through ultrafiltration membranes. The permeate contains some solvents, all water-soluble ion impurities, and some low molecular weight resins. There are many small tubes made of thin film material inside the ultrafiltration membrane tube. When the electrophoretic paint passes through these small tubes, some of the water phase passes through these small tubes and flows out of the ultrafiltration machine, while the resin and most of the flow out of the filter tube return to the electrophoretic paint tank.

1. By appropriately discharging the ultrafiltrate, various ions introduced into the electrophoretic paint tank during the production process can be removed to stabilize the electrophoretic paint working solution.
2. The reuse of recycled electrophoretic paint can save enterprises 30% of the purchase cost of electrophoretic paint.
3. The newly produced ultrafiltration water in the device provides flushing water for the workpieces exiting the electrophoresis tank, forming a closed-loop circulating water flushing system.
4. Recycle the electrophoretic paint washed off the surface of the workpiece to avoid environmental pollution caused by the discharge of wastewater containing paint.
In the electrophoretic paint ultrafiltration system, the paint solution is circulated through the ultrafiltration device, and the permeate passing through the membrane is used as station flushing water. The closed circulation method of paint solution is as follows: the electrophoretic paint solution is pumped from the electrophoresis tank to a bag filter or other pre-treatment filter with a capacity of less than 20u, and then directly enters the ultrafiltration system for paint concentration, and then returns to the electrophoresis tank.
