Component Introduction
Extruder+die head
The multi host high-speed extrusion composite unit uses materials such as PE, PP, or EVA to composite with roll paper substrate and aluminum foil or aluminum plated film. It is suitable for producing multi-layer paper plastic composite materials such as sterile packaging paper, paper box paper, paper cup paper, instant noodle bowl cover, adhesive paper, etc. The extruder adopts automatic temperature control, pneumatic feeding, stepless speed regulation, and hydraulic plunger screen changer, matched with high-precision bidirectional adjustable flat film die head, to ensure high-quality continuous and stable plasticizing extrusion performance.
AC coating unit
The unit is equipped with an AC coating unit, which uses a gravure mesh roller precision coating head with a smoothing device. The scraper device can be manually adjusted to the appropriate position in three dimensions: up and down, front and back, and angle, effectively ensuring coating uniformity.
Control system interface
This unit adopts microcomputer automation control for the entire process from substrate feeding, film coating to winding, equipped with a color touch screen and integrated with the human-machine operation interface developed by our company to complete most of the operation and control of the whole machine. The software provides online assistance, team production records, and online inspection functions, making it very convenient for operators and engineering technicians to operate, control, and maintain the whole machine.
