Hard oxidation anti-corrosion dedicated direct cooling freezer:

2. Selecting a shell and tube condenser with efficient heat exchange, coupled with a fully automatic computer controller, using a human interface touch mode operation, the perfect mechanism design results in a COP value of over 4.8 for the refrigerant.

3. The oxidation tank solution directly enters the evaporator for cooling, without the need for plate heat exchangers, stainless steel chilled water tanks, chilled water pumps, etc.

4. The operating electricity cost of the equipment is saved by at least 45% compared to indirect cooling. The controllable temperature difference is within 1 ℃, and the unique freezing process ensures the uniformity of the oxidant solution temperature, resulting in uniform hardness and coloring of the product.

5. The temperature can be stabilized within the temperature range required for oxidation based on the periodic current, voltage fluctuations, automatic unloading, and loading of the distiller.
