HGF-1000 Dry Composite Machine

The first unwinding single station of HGF-1000 dry composite machine is equipped with dual photoelectric correction, magnetic powder tension control, and an air expansion shaft for unwinding. The mesh roller is equipped with an air pressure scraper and a curved arm pneumatic pressure roller. The main motor adopts two variable frequency speed regulation, and the synchronous operator controls the front and rear frequency synchronization. The air top drying box cover and the guide roller inside the oven are active. There is a four stage independent constant temperature hot air drying system with adjustable internal circulation suction and exhaust devices. The oven is 8 meters long, and the discharge port of the oven adopts a floating roller type automatic control of the film tension in the oven section. The composite hot drum uses thermal oil for external heating, internal circulation constant temperature control, and pneumatic heat sealing.
