HDPE polyethylene water supply and drainage gas pipe production line

The HDPE water supply pipe and gas pipe production line independently developed by our company has a unique structure, high degree of automation, easy operation, and stable and reliable continuous production. The pipelines produced by this production line have moderate steel strength, good flexibility, resistance to deformation, environmental stress cracking, and good thermal fusion ability.
The production line consists of a control system, extruder, head shaping cooling system, tractor, planetary cutting device, and flipping rack. Each production line has two extruders, with the main one using a strong conveying liner and high-efficiency screw, and the other smaller extruder used for extruding the marking line.
The machine head adopts the latest design of basket type machine head or spiral diversion extrusion tube composite machine head, which has the characteristics of easy adjustment and uniform discharge. The sizing sleeve adopts a unique slotting process and the forming accuracy of water ring cooling pipes.
