Based on the excellent performance advantages of HDPE pipeline, this pipe is made by adding nano antibacterial masterbatch in the inner layer of HDPE pipeline and co extruding it into a three-layer ABA or three-layer ABC new type pipeline with antibacterial, sanitary and self-cleaning effects. It is commonly used for indoor water supply, heating, gas supply, urban water supply network, and irrigation and water diversion projects in high standard farmland.

The inner material of the new nano antibacterial pipe is a highly crystalline, non-polar thermoplastic resin masterbatch, which is an optimized HDPE polyethylene pipe. The pipe is extruded in one go, with stable performance, high pressure resistance, and beautiful pipe shape. It can be customized with two to three color co extrusion according to customer needs. The inner and outer walls of the pipe are smooth, not easy to scale, corrosion-resistant, strong antibacterial ability, high water quality, and a lifespan of 50 years.
