Introduction to Production Line

This unit mainly uses polyvinyl chloride or vinyl chloride as raw materials to produce large-diameter double wall corrugated pipe materials. Due to its unique structure, this pipe material has the advantages of light weight, good impact resistance, high ring stiffness, strong corrosion resistance, and cold and heat resistance. It is widely used in the fields of power cable sheath, urban drainage (water supply), agricultural irrigation, underground infiltration irrigation, and building water transportation.
Mold and auxiliary equipment: The molding machine head has high precision and good module interchangeability. The module cooling methods include water cooling and air cooling, which can achieve online expansion and ensure the performance indicators of the molded pipes. The circular double blade cutting machine has excellent cutting accuracy, and the entire production line adopts Siemens human-machine cross-section control system, which has high self-control function. By replacing the extruder and related components, PVC double wall corrugated pipes can be produced.
