Characteristics of groove roller:

4. Ceramic surface of groove type roller: forms an oxide film, has a smooth surface, does not adhere to materials, has a low friction coefficient in contact with the conveyor belt, and reduces the driving force of the winch.
5. Long service life of groove type rollers: Groove type rollers have 2-5 times longer service life than steel rollers, and can reduce belt wear, prevent belt running, and extend belt service life.
6. Smooth surface causes minimal friction damage to the conveyor belt, thus reducing its damage and minimizing maintenance time.
Characteristics of groove roller structure
The steel pipe is made of specialized straight seam welded pipe with roller support, and the roundness is controlled within a special tolerance range. The shaft is made of cold drawn steel processed according to standard tolerances. The bearing seat is made of cold-rolled steel plate and stamped through multiple processes. The roller shell and bearing seat are welded together by an automatic welding robot to form a high-strength overall structure.
