Regular maintenance and upkeep of the granulation production line during use are very important. Proper operation and regular maintenance of the equipment can extend its service life by 3-5 years.
1. Maintain long-term cleaning of the machine; When the machine is shut down for a long time, anti rust and anti fouling measures should be taken.
2. Strictly control the feeding of raw materials at the gate, and do not allow any metals or other impurities to mix in the materials and enter the machine for mixing and extrusion. To avoid damaging the machine. When the machine is not in production, the feeding hopper should be closed to prevent debris from entering the screw working area.
3. The cleanliness of the internal oil of the main reducer and feeding device reducer should be regularly checked. The lubricating oil should be replaced once after 50 hours of operation of the new machine. If serious lubricating oil pollution is found after normal production, it should be replaced.
4. Lubricate the transmission components that need to be lubricated in a timely manner during the operation of the unit.
5. In case of special circumstances during work that require a prolonged shutdown (such as power outage), the remaining materials inside the machine should be cleaned up in a timely manner to prevent the polymer from being difficult to remove after cooling and solidification, which may affect the next production.
6. Regularly clean the scale at the cooling water interface of the unit (some water quality impurities are more likely to accumulate scale) to avoid poor cooling effect or affecting temperature control accuracy due to blockage.
7. The electrical control cabinet should be cleaned once a month to avoid short circuit faults.
