Product Introduction:
In the filter tank of water supply engineering, impurities in the water continue to increase during the working cycle as the filter layer intercepts the flow. The pores of the filter material continue to decrease, increasing the resistance to water flow, reducing the filtration rate, and decreasing the water output. Therefore, backwashing of the filter tank is necessary. The flushing of air-water rice destroys the mud ball structure deposited in the filter material. When the air generates a large vibration on the filter material, the filter materials repeatedly collide and rub against each other, and the filter material layer is vigorously stirred. The formed mud ball structure is also destroyed by the vibration, and all the adhesives on the filter material are removed by the backwash water. This filter head is made of high-quality ABS engineering plastic, which has high strength, is not easy to break, and has low operating resistance. Strengthening the threads and adding intersecting washers in the filter head structure ensures a secure connection without detachment. The low seat design of the filter head cap increases the bottom seam, so that there is no dead water zone or mud accumulation between it and the filter plate.
