GNF type single screw pump

Application
This screw pump can be used to transport neutral or corrosive liquids, clean or abrasive liquids, liquids containing gases or prone to bubble formation, high viscosity or low viscosity liquids, including liquids containing fibers and solid substances.
Working principle
Single screw pump is a type of internal meshing sealed screw pump, belonging to the rotary displacement pump. The main working components consist of a stator with a double headed spiral cavity and a single headed spiral screw rotor that meshes with it in the stator hole. When the input shaft drives the rotor to rotate around the stator through the universal joint, the stator rotor pair continuously meshes to form a closed chamber. These closed chambers move at a constant speed in the axial direction, and the conveying medium flows from the suction end through the stator rotor pair to the discharge end. The medium sucked into the closed chamber flows through the stator without being stirred or damaged. Therefore, it can transport media and viscous liquids containing hard abrasive impurities and solid particles.
