Purpose:
This machine is suitable for slitting various roll materials such as BOPP, PET, PVC, PE, aluminum foil, paper, etc., and for cutting edges and slitting materials according to different needs during the production process.
Performance and features:
1. The electrical braking system of this machine is centrally controlled by PLC. According to the requirements of the slitting process, the slitting parameters are set by the touch screen, and the LCD screen displays the control working status. The control system has functions such as starting buffer, parking anti loosening, and meter length setting, making operation very simple.
2. The unwinding tension control adopts a fully automatic tension control system, which keeps the unwinding tension constant and can also achieve taper control according to process requirements. The correction adopts the Japanese Sanqiao LPC photoelectric automatic correction system, which can automatically "follow the edge" or "follow the line" to ensure the correct feeding position of the substrate.
3. The loading and unloading of raw materials adopts air top shaftless clamping and hydraulic lifting structure (lifting structure optional).
4. The main traction and winding are driven by two variable frequency drives with vector control. The winding tension is automatically controlled by PLC according to the parameters set by the slitting process requirements and the changes in winding diameter, using digital taper method.
5. The winding shaft is a sliding tension expansion winding shaft, with automatic control of slip force, suitable for cutting multiple coils of materials with uneven thickness.
