Overview

The GDL vertical condensate lift pump is a new generation product designed and manufactured by our company based on excellent pump types abroad, combined with user requirements and relevant fire safety standards, and according to JB/TQ6435-92 standards. The suction and discharge ports of the water pump are located on the same straight line. The rotor components consist of shafts, impellers, impeller sleeves, shaft sleeves, and other parts. The inlet, middle, and outlet sections are connected by tension bolts. The shaft seal adopts mechanical seal and is lubricated and cooled with pressure water from the balance chamber. It is an excellent pump type for transporting cold and hot water or liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to water in various industries. All of our products are designed and optimized using computers. Our company has strong technical strength, rich production experience, and comprehensive testing methods to ensure stable and reliable product quality.

Scope of application:

This type of condensate pump is widely used for the circulation and pressurization of cold and hot water in high-pressure operating systems, parallel water supply of multiple pumps in high-rise buildings, fire protection, boiler feedwater and cooling water systems, and the transportation of various flushing liquids.

Fault phenomenon Possible causes exclusion method
1. The water pump is not producing water The inlet valve is not open, the inlet and outlet pipelines are blocked, and the impeller flow channel is blocked
The motor is running in the wrong direction and has a slow speed due to phase loss
Leakage of suction pipe
