Fixed ball metal sealed ball valve, using metal hardened material as the valve seat seal, with a spring loaded sealing seat, has excellent sealing performance over a wide range of temperature and pressure changes, ensuring that the valve achieves ANSI FCI70.2 V level sealing under the action of closing pressure difference, and can still maintain minimum operating torque under maximum pressure difference.

The specifications and pressure rating of the ball valve comply with the requirements of Chinese national standards, American national standards ANSl, and American Petroleum Institute standards. According to customer requirements, valves can be made of materials that comply with the American Society of Corrosion Engineers standards NACE MR 0175/ISO 15156 or NACE MR 0103.

Our company's fixed ball metal sealed ball valves are divided into G series and U series. The U series fixed ball metal sealed ball valves are suitable for higher operating temperatures. When the operating temperature exceeds 200 ℃, it is recommended to use the U series ball valve.
