This series of models fills the gap in domestic high-speed linear blow molding machines. Currently, the single-mode speed of domestic linear blow molding machines still remains at 1200-1500 bottles/hour, while the single-mode speed of foreign machines has reached 1800/hour. High speed linear blow molding machines rely on imports. In response to the low speed of domestic linear blow molding machines, our company's CX type blow molding machine has achieved a single-mode speed of 1700-1800 bottles/hour. FG4 is a 4-cavity linear blow molding machine with a production capacity of 6800-7200 bottles/hour. This series of models is independently developed and has its own intellectual property rights. It has obtained more than 10 national patents.
The TH series are all fully automatic loading and unloading machines, specially developed and researched for the trend of high-speed and high-yield development of domestic bottle blowing equipment. Mainly used for blowing PET bottles of purified water, mineral water, and various gas cylinders. This type of machine consists of three major modules: a preform elevator, a preform sorting machine, and a main unit.

The heating head adopts a small pitch arrangement of 38.1mm, which saves more than 30% energy compared to traditional heating furnaces, thus achieving energy-saving effects. It is equipped with a blowing system and a waste heat discharge system to ensure a constant temperature in the blowing area.
3. The efficient and stable feeding system adopts a continuously rotating dial for feeding, achieving fast, efficient, and stable feeding effect.
