Explosion proof refrigerator classification

Categories: Explosion proof (double door double temperature) freezer, Explosion proof (glass door refrigerated) freezer, Explosion proof (ultra-low temperature) freezer, Explosion proof (horizontal) freezer

Explosion proof refrigerator structure

Explosion proof refrigerator is based on high-quality branded refrigerators, with corresponding forms of explosion-proof, rubber sealing, and intrinsic safety treatment applied to each component.

Installation and Usage

1. Before installing and using the product, check whether the technical data on the nameplate matches the usage situation;

2. Before installation and maintenance, the front power supply must be cut off (it is strictly prohibited to open the cover with power on);

3. The incoming and outgoing cables passing through the rubber sealing ring must be tightened with washers and compression nuts to ensure

Sealing and cables must not be loose; To ensure reliable explosion-proof performance;

4. Wiring method, cable, steel pipe or explosion-proof hose wiring, explosion-proof box wiring needs to be installed

Explosion proof gland, spare inlet and outlet, sealed with self provided explosion-proof plugs;

5. During maintenance and disassembly, be careful not to bump, scratch, or corrode the explosion-proof surface, and regularly apply 204-1 anti rust oil;

6. The explosion-proof control box of the explosion-proof refrigerator should be regularly inspected during use to ensure its good operation;

7. Non professionals are strictly prohibited from opening the lid for inspection and maintenance.
