Based on years of design and production experience, combined with the actual situation at home and abroad, a complete fully automatic production line has been developed, including all automation units and peripheral equipment from the extruder, and the entire production line realizes full line automatic control from feeding to finished products. Our technicians will install and debug the entire production line for you, enabling customers to receive a complete service system at once and shortening the production time. Downstream equipment and connected peripheral devices ensure integrity and synchronization to meet the needs of high-speed production. The automatic control device has high reliability, the entire production line is easy to operate, and maintenance is simple.

*PIC or temperature control instrument control.
*High extrusion rate, low melting temperature. Specialized screw design ensures high efficiency and high output.
*The high hardness and low noise helical gear design brings reliable performance and long service life.
*Adopting DC speed regulation as the standard design, variable frequency speed regulation and electromagnetic speed regulation can also be optionally selected.
*Different extruders can be replaced according to the extrusion of different materials.
*Small single screw extruders are used for extruding co extruded marking lines.

Mold head

*Polyolefin pipe mold head:
*Standard series: φ 10- φ 630. Spiral distribution type or blue distribution fluid. The large flow space ensures that the melt has sufficient residence time.
*The optimal design for low melting temperature. The internal stress inside the pipe is small, and the inner and outer surfaces are smooth.
*High flexibility, suitable for co extrusion (two-layer, three-layer, four layer) molding of all polyolefin materials.
*PVC pipe mold head:
*Standard series with diameters ranging from 10 to 630.
*The residence time distribution is uniform on the cross-section of the fluid.
*The temperature distribution of the melt is uniform.
*The special mouth mold design reduces the time for mold replacement.

Pipe sizing Sizing of polyolefin pipes: The sizing sleeve (made of special copper alloy) for the inlet water curtain is suitable for HDPE, MDPE, LDPE, LLDPE, PP, etc. The butterfly shaped sizing sleeve with a water curtain at the inlet has a closed inner chamber at the front end, and the pipe passes through this section for full immersion cooling, which is particularly suitable for extrusion of small diameter pipes. The sizing of PVC pipes: A sizing sleeve with a pre cooling device at the inlet end, suitable for high-speed extrusion of pipes. A good balance has been achieved between reducing mold wear and improving mold thermal conductivity efficiency.	Vacuum sizing water tank The box is made of stainless steel. High power water pumps and specially designed spray heads provide efficient spray cooling. There is a dense and stronger sprinkler layout in the sizing sleeve section. The filter unit with bypass pipeline improves the stability of the equipment and reduces maintenance workload (blockage of pipelines and nozzles due to impurities). Equipped with high and low water level control devices. Vertical movement motor adjustment. Three dimensional adjustment can be achieved on the bottom, left, and right sides. The upper cover made of organic glass is convenient for checking the inside of the box at any time. *Special structures for dual tube extrusion are available for purchase.
