The biggest difference between the TJ-A manual bottle preform series and other fully automatic bottle preform series is that the YM-A does not have an automatic conveyor, nor does it have an automatic conveyor for bottle preforms. It can only be manually inserted into the bottle preforms, and the blown products are automatically rotated out. Then, the bottles can be manually removed, that is, the products can be removed while inserting the bottle preforms. The biggest advantage of the hand inserted design is that it minimizes the production cost of the machine to the greatest extent possible; Compared to semi-automatic bottle blowing machines, it has a lower scrap rate, faster production speed, stable performance, and extremely simple operation. It will replace the semi-automatic bottle blowing machine.
