Overview
The leak free fluorine lined magnetic pipeline pump (referred to as the magnetic pipeline pump) is a new type of pump that applies modern magnetic mechanics principles and uses the magnetic transmission of permanent magnets to achieve non-contact transmission of torque. When the motor drives the outer rotor (i.e. outer magnetic steel) assembly to rotate, the magnetic field lines pass through the isolation sleeve and drive the inner rotor (i.e. inner magnetic steel) assembly and impeller to rotate synchronously. Due to the medium being enclosed in the stationary isolation sleeve, the purpose of leak free pumping of the medium is achieved, completely solving the shaft seal leakage of mechanical transmission pumps. The designed fully sealed, leak free, energy-saving new industrial pump meets the performance standards and can replace expensive imported chemical pumps.

1、 HCLF fluorine lined magnetic pumpOverview

2、 HCLF fluorine lined magnetic pipeline pumpfeature

1. HCLF leak free fluorine lined magnetic pipeline pump is a new type of magnetic pipeline pump independently developed and designed based on HCF series products. It has both the characteristics of pipeline centrifugal pump and the advantages of magnetic pump, and is a new generation of leak free pipeline centrifugal pump;
2. The pump body, impeller, and pump cover are designed using CFD computer fluid dynamics for module design and casting of hydraulic components. It has the characteristics of wide flow channel, high efficiency, good cavitation allowance performance, small radial force, accurate size, smooth flow channel, and good interchangeability;
3. Fluoroplastics (PTFE, FEP, PFA) are today's corrosion-resistant materials (commonly known as "plastic kings"), which can transport corrosive media such as acids, alkalis, oxidants, etc. of any concentration (strength) without damage;
4. Ferrite magnets, neodymium iron boron, and samarium cobalt are selected as the magnets, which have good magnetism, high temperature resistance, and no demagnetization; Its magnetic energy product is 28 megaGauss Ultras, and its temperature tolerance limit is 350 ℃. Under conventional cooling conditions, its high operating temperature is limited to 260 ℃, which can largely avoid demagnetization, making the theoretical service life of the magnetic material up to 20 years
5. The moving ring, shaft sleeve, and sliding bearing are made of high wear-resistant and temperature resistant materials such as crystalline silicon carbide, which have high strength, wear resistance, good flexibility, and strong corrosion resistance, effectively extending the service life of the pump. The rolling bearings are imported NSK or SKF grease lubricated maintenance free bearings;
6. No leakage, all sealing points adopt closed static sealing, driven by magnetic couplings, no need for nitrogen sealing, economical and completely solve medium leakage
7. Direct connection and pull-out design, no need to disassemble pipelines, easy to maintain.
8. Vertical installation, compact structure, small footprint, low vibration, low noise, and particularly smooth operation;
9. From coupling transmission to synchronous drag, there is no contact or friction. Low power consumption, high efficiency, and damping effect, reducing the impact of motor vibration on the pump and the impact of pump cavitation vibration on the motor;
