The outside of the heater is made of superconducting material and insulation layer. 2. The temperature is generally controlled by solid-state relays, which are precise and have a small temperature difference. 3. Optional PLC control. 4. Both the motor and heater are explosion-proof, and the motor adopts variable frequency speed regulation. 5. The shape of the stirring blade is generally selected as Sigma blade. 6. The material in contact with the material is generally 316L stainless steel (or Hastelloy). 7. The discharge method is selected as the tilting type with a flipping cylinder.
