Working principle:

The deviation switch is fixed on the conveyor belt bracket, and the action rod is leaning against one side of the belt. When the belt deviates, it forces the action rod to deviate and triggers the warning micro switch. If the deviation continues and triggers another set of contacts, the conveyor will stop protectively.

This product is generally installed on two racks along the conveyor belt.

2. The distance between the two machines is 25-30m, connected by a steel wire rope with a diameter of 4mm, and the tension should be moderate.

3. In order to reduce the impact of the weight of the steel wire rope on the switch and prevent misoperation, a support ring is welded to the frame every 3 meters to support it
