1、 Product Overview
WQB, QWB, BQW, BWQ explosion-proof and unobstructed submersible sewage pumps are new explosion-proof equipment designed and produced based on international advanced explosion-proof submersible sewage pump technology and national standards. The pump is a submersible sewage pump consisting of a flameproof electric motor and a coaxial lower pump. The shell protection level is IP68 and the explosion-proof level is ExdIIBT4. It is suitable for safe discharge and use in other explosion-proof places in industries such as coal mines, chemicals, and petroleum with methane or coal dust explosive gas mixtures. Thoroughly solved the danger of ordinary submersible sewage pumps without special explosion-proof devices, the inability of concentrated slurry pumps to pump large volume particles, and the problem of easy blockage of sewage pumps.
Structural features:
The explosion-proof motor is located at the upper part of the electric pump, and the insulation level of the explosion-proof motor is F. The shaft seal is composed of a rotary seal ring and a double end mechanical seal combination. The rotary seal ring can prevent the invasion of mud and reduce the pump pressure directly applied to the mechanical seal, playing the first line of sealing defense. The double end mechanical seal is divided into two groups. The first group is the initial seal on the pump side to seal sewage, and the second group is the secondary seal on the motor side to seal the leakage of lubricating oil. The entire set of mechanical seals is immersed in No. 20 turbine oil to provide cooling and lubrication for sealing.
2、 Explosion proof points:
1. When the explosive mixture inside the electric pump produces an explosion, the explosion-proof shell is not damaged, and the internal explosion cannot cause an external explosive mixture explosion through the explosion-proof joint surface.
2. The components that make up the explosion-proof shell shall be subjected to hydrostatic testing one by one in accordance with the provisions of GB3836, items 1, 2, and 3, to ensure that they can withstand the maximum internal explosive pressure.
3. The explosion-proof joint surfaces, length gaps, and roughness between each component comply with the provisions of GB3836.2.
4. The bolts connecting the explosion-proof shell are equipped with anti loosening spring washers. The bolt head is located inside the protective ring to prevent self detachment.
5. The machine base, upper cover, shaft, front axle cover, junction box cover, junction seat, junction screw, and junction sleeve are all explosion-proof parts. Comes with a 10 meter explosion-proof cable randomly.
3、 Usage conditions:
1. Altitude not exceeding 1000 meters;
2. The water temperature shall not exceed 40 ℃;
3. The pH value of water quality is 6-9;
4. The power supply voltage is 220V/380V/440V/660V;
5. Frequency 50HZ-60HZ;
6. The solid particles and fibers contained shall not exceed the specified conditions;
7. Various types of contaminated water containing specified volumes of soft materials and high viscosity;
8. The working method is a continuous quota based on the continuous work system (SI).

5、 Attention:
1. In order to ensure the safety and reliability of the electric pump, a dedicated explosion-proof control box should be equipped during use;
3. The explosion-proof control box of the electric pump should be connected to a power source that matches the voltage and frequency, and the allowable voltage fluctuation is ± 10% of the rated voltage;
4. After starting the electric pump, pay attention to whether the direction of the impeller is correct. If the direction is not correct, handle it in a timely manner;
5. When using the electric pump, it should not be buried in soil or sand, and the outlet pipe should not be blocked by soil or sand. It is best to use methods such as suspension when using it. Remove soil and sand from the bottom of the pump. It is not allowed to lay horizontally on the ground, let alone get stuck in dirt. When stopping use, the water pump should be lifted away from the water and cleaned.
6. When moving the electric pump, the power should be cut off and the insulated cable should not be pulled forcefully. When the electric pump is running, people should not come into contact with the water source;
7. When the electric pump malfunctions, it should be checked in a timely manner, the cause of the malfunction should be analyzed, and measures should be taken to eliminate the fault before continuing to use it.
6、 Usage and maintenance:
1. Regularly measure the insulation resistance of the electric pump at the end of the cable, and its insulation resistance must be above 1 megaohm, otherwise it must be disassembled for maintenance;
2. The shaft seal device of the electric pump between the motor and the pump consists of a double end mechanical seal and a rotary sealing ring. But during maintenance, if the lubrication is found to be cloudy, blackened, or contains too much water, it should be disassembled for inspection. Lubricating oil should be replaced regularly (lubricating oil is No. 20 turbine oil, with an oil volume of 85% of the oil chamber volume)
3. Explosion proof motors are generally not allowed to be disassembled at will. If the explosion-proof motor malfunctions, it can be returned to the factory for repair. When it is necessary for the user to disassemble, attention should be paid to protecting the explosion-proof surface and not damaging it. After repair, it should not be lower than the relevant provisions of items 1, 2, and 3 of GB3836.
