Inclined arm robotic arm

XB series:

Suitable for various horizontal injection molding machines ranging from 15 to 150 tons, used for finished products and water outlet extraction. The models are 550/650/750, and the upper and lower arm types are single cut Double cut. Single arm type, with a range of up and down travel from 550~750mm. Fully functional machine (v), equipped with vacuum generator, standard suction cup and fixture, but not single function, all have claw rotation function. Characteristics of inclined arm robotic arm:

1. The handheld control system can switch between Chinese and English pages through conversational operation, which is easy to learn and does not take up space.

Three upper and lower arms are named aluminum alloy structural beams and linear sliding rails.

When changing molds, it is very convenient and fast. Just use a wrench to release it, and the whole machine can rotate, improving the efficiency of mold changing.

Double section arm

Adopting high rigidity linear sliding rails and aluminum alloy structural beams, with a specially designed belt double speed mechanism, the structure height of the upper and lower arms is shortened with high buoyancy. The upper and lower cylinders only need half of their stroke to achieve full stroke. In addition to increasing the speed and stability of the upper and lower parts, it can also be used in places with low factory height.

Side funded chamfering mechanism

Fixture circuit

Two axis servo series

COBRA series:

Suitable for various types of horizontal injection molding machines with a capacity of 450-4000 tons, including Yangpin and Shuikou, with double section arm types; An auxiliary arm can be added for the three piece mold, which can simultaneously clamp the finished product and the material head. The up and down stroke ranges from 1350~2500mm and is driven by a cylinder. The horizontal axis standard is driven by a variable frequency motor, and can be optionally driven by an AC servo motor. Up and down pulling is driven by a cylinder, saving costs. The upper and lower shafts of the finished arm can be driven by AC servo motors as needed to increase the efficiency of removal from the mold. Installing COBRA series robotic arms can increase production capacity (20-30%), reduce product defect rates, ensure the safety of operators, reduce manual control of production, and minimize waste.

Body structure:

The horizontal axis is driven by a variable frequency motor, or an AC servo motor can be selected for driving. The up and down and pulling shafts are driven by cylinders. The pull out and upper and lower arms use lightweight and high rigidity aluminum alloy extruded beams combined with linear bearings and high rigidity bearing steel, which can achieve the requirements of fast removal speed, high efficiency, low vibration, and long service life.
