Laboratory spray dryer is mainly used in universities, research institutes and laboratories of food, medicine and chemical enterprises to produce micro particle powders. It has broad spectrum applicability for all solutions such as emulsion and suspension, and is suitable for drying heat sensitive substances such as biological products, biological pesticides, enzyme preparations, etc. Because the sprayed materials are only exposed to high temperature when sprayed into aerosol particles, they are only heated instantaneously, which can keep the active ingredients of these active materials intact after drying.

Main features
1. The whole machine is made of SUS304, with a compact design and small size. The machine buttons, thermometers, air pipelines, etc. are all ergonomically designed for quick insertion and removal, and user-friendly operation;
2. Adopting PLC control and a 7-inch touch screen for one click full control, it can achieve display and control of inlet air temperature, outlet air temperature, frequency conversion, needle frequency, data recording, curve analysis, alarm and overload protection, etc;
3. Electrical standard production, from air to contact, from relay protectors to button switches, using original electrical standards from Chint/Delixi to ensure the safety, stability, and service life of the equipment;
4. The equipment adopts a 3Kw high-power customized heater, and adopts real-time PID constant temperature control technology in the design of drying temperature control, ensuring accurate temperature control in the entire temperature range and heating temperature control accuracy within ± 1 ℃;
5. The fan speed and air pressure will affect the material spray effect of different products, and correspond to different product yields. Through frequency conversion design, users can find out the appropriate air volume;
6. The atomization structure of two fluid spray is compact in design and convenient in use; Equipped with a nozzle cleaner (through needle), it will automatically clear when the nozzle is blocked, and the frequency of the through needle can be automatically adjusted;
7. The particle size of the powder sprayed follows a normal distribution, with excellent flowability. Moreover, the dried finished powder has a relatively uniform particle size, with over 95% of the powder within the same particle size range;
8. The feeding amount can be adjusted by the feeding peristaltic pump, and a small amount of sample can reach 50ml. Users can choose the feeding method according to the material situation;
9. Built in oil-free air compressor imported from Taiwan, China, the noise is very low, less than 60db, meeting the national laboratory noise standard;
10. Shutdown protection function: When shutting down, simply press the stop button, and the machine will immediately stop running except for the fan, ensuring that the equipment will not burn out the heating part due to misoperation (forcibly shutting down the fan);
