Evaporative chiller, also known as evaporative cooling chiller, abbreviated as "evaporative cold water machine".
The evaporative chiller unit integrates and combines the cooling water system with the condenser of the refrigeration unit. It uses an evaporative condenser condenser, which eliminates the cooling tower, cooling water pump, cooling water pipeline, and accessories that are external to the refrigeration unit. It changes the traditional external circulation mode of cooling water to an internal circulation mode, greatly simplifying the cooling water system and reducing the loss of floating water, thereby greatly improving the energy efficiency ratio of the air conditioning system. The difference between evaporative refrigeration units and other refrigeration units (water-cooled and air-cooled) is that their condenser mainly uses the latent heat absorbed by the evaporation of cooling water to cool the refrigerant vapor. The heat released during refrigerant vapor cooling is transferred to the water film outside the pipe through the oil film, pipe wall, and dirt, and then transferred to the air through the evaporation of water.
