Under high temperature and low oxygen content, the chemical fiber polymer is cracked and coked to prevent open flame combustion and control the temperature inside the furnace within the set process range. More advanced equipment than calcination method, fluidized bed cleaning method, and triethylene glycol cleaning method.
Non polluting to the environment, the cleaned filter screen is clean and the silk holes are smooth, which can extend the service life of the filter screen. It has short working time, energy saving, easy operation, and good cleaning effect.
